A main rival for Tony enters the show. Richie Aprile just got out of a 10 year jail term. Ironically he's the brother of Jackie, who used to be the Boss before he died of cancer last season. Both Tony and all of his boys loved Jackie and from all we have heard, times were good when Jackie was in charge.

Richie wants everything back the way that it was before he went to prison. He makes his presence felt with his strong-arm tactics and we know immediately there is going to be trouble - big trouble.

Isn't it also ironic that he used to have some type of affair or fling with Janice before he went to prison? This certainly reeks of soap opera drama and you can just imagine what kind of team they would make against Tony if they got together again.

Dr. Melfi is seen again. She's at a dinner party with a few of her friends and has a little too much to drink. On her way out she sees Tony sitting with his boys at another table. She approaches Tony and starts making small talk. Tony gets uneasy and replies with short sentences. As she eventually walks away she say "Too-da-Loo". This little phrase causes her to see a colleague where she talks about her feelings. She seems to be torn between not wanting to treat a man who has turned her whole life upside down and turning down a patient. She also starts having nightmares about Tony passing out on the wheel, getting in an accident an apparently dying.

Meadow has a party which gets out of hand at her grandmothers house. The house is trashed once again and the police come in and break it up. This causes a lot of family issues and the aspects of how to raise a child. There's several great lines associated with these scenes. When Tony first brings Meadow home, Carmela asks Tony what he said to her. Tony says: "I don't know.... I started yelling... what the fuck was I gonna do?" Later when Tony and Carmela were in bed talking about how tough it is to raise a child because of all the laws etc. Tony says "Just don't let her know we're helpless... otherwise we're fucked".

Janice is still working on Livia and going to the hospital all of the time. She bumps into Richie as few times, once in the hospital and once at a Yoga class. Huh? A yoga class? Apparently Richie has been doing yoga for some time. He says he does it to relax him and for stretching. While together in the hospital cafeteria, Richie insinuates that maybe he and she get back together again. Although Janice says this is a different time and place and that she's a different person than she was way back then, how much would you bet that some type of affair doesn't happen?

Junior's back at the doctors office. He didn't break his hip but it was sprained. Richie comes and sees him and he complains about what is going on and about the way things are now. Junior simply say "What the hell you gonna do?" Richie replies that he'll do anything for Junior... he just has to give the word.

We're left with big trouble brewing.... Richie is Tony's biggest problem to date and if Janice and Richie team up who knows whats going to happen.
