"Mr. & Mrs. John Sacrimoni Request" Aired 4/9/06

Tony is back to work but not yet quite himself. He has a new "buff" driver/bodyguard to get him around safely. He makes his way to the hangout to meet with the rest of the crew, but he seems paranoid that he is losing his footing and control. Everyone seems to be ignoring him, but they are actually just not doting on him. They all have their own agendas and are going about their daily business.

Johnny Sac is released from prison to attend his daughter's wedding but he has the feds watching every move and listening in on every conversation. Tony collapses at the church while removing his shoes for security reasons. Johnny finishes out the night by crying like a baby when the feds take him away handcuffed just as his daughter is trying to leave on her honeymoon.

Questions are flying surrounding Meadow and her fiance. When will they get married? Tony now wants grandchildren! He is focused on what is more important in life rather than work these days.

Vito was acting peculiar at the wedding and left early. Just when it looked like he might die of a sudden heart attack he leaves his house on "business" and is seen by a crew member at a gay bar. He is dressed in leather and dancing with a dude! They acknowledge they have seen him and don't make light of the situation. Vito goes home for a gun and leaves again. Next we cut to him driving to a small motel. He makes a phone call to Silvio, he is not himself. Unknown time later.... he is not at the hangout and Tony hasn't heard from him despite calls to him. Looks like he offed himself from shame.

Tony sees Melfi and asks for a "mercy fuck"! He isn't into discussing his feelings or sharing is near death experiences.

Tony again is seeing a deterioration in the ranks. He sees himself as weak and fears the others do too. He decides to pick a fight with his bodyguard and floors him. He runs to the bathroom and pucks his guts out.

Uncle Junior goes to a state run psychiatric facility for treatment. He claims he never shot the gun/found it defective. He says he didn't shoot Tony.

Tony has been noticing fat and muscle on everyone. Remember when he was tipping the scales at 280 after eating sushi? Sounds like he's the fat guy now. Look to see him working out in the near future.
