"Luxury Lounge" - Aired 4/23/06

Chris and little Carmine meet with Ben Kingsley to discuss the movie deal they have been cooking up. Needless to say Ben was not impressed and makes an effort to avoid them during the hotel stay. During their meeting Ben walks them thru the "luxury lounge" when he is given substantial gifts. Chris is in awe of the goodie basket Ben receives and wants his cut. Lauren Bacall is also at the hotel and when she receives her basket Chris is there to take the whole thing plus he punches her in the face. Chris is slipping back into coke and booze during the trip. This could lead somewhere. When Chris returns Tony is not pleased with things that went on while he was away. Tony tries to blame Chris for not being there even tho Tony was the one to give him permission to leave on "business". Chris tries to pacify Tony with a few gifts from the goodie basket.

Artie is at the center of the show in this episode. His business is going down hill with a new upscale Italian restaurant in town. The american express guys are on his case because "someone" is stealing credit card numbers from his regular customers. Artie explodes during a meeting with his employees and then finds out who is responsible for the theft. One of his "regulars" is working with his newest hostess. He seeks revenge and ends up with severe burns to his right hand. Closing seen shows him reviving his recipe book and creating a new and different meal for a customer. Perhaps things will improve if he continues in this direction.

"Rusty" bought it tonight. The shooters were imported from Italy. They went shopping while they were here and were seen leaving the country first class talking about the things they bought with the deflated dollar. Tony doesn't take credit for the hit when Phil approaches him on Johnny's behalf.

No mention of Vito in this episode! Will he show up again or is he gone for good?

Carm's father was not present during the family dinner at Vesuvio. Not surprising! No mention of the spec house tonight either.
